Question 1

Is this just another chatbot on my website?

Accepted Answer

No. A chatbot answers a question and forgets you. RealtyHelm Agent puts Ruby on the front door — she answers the call, qualifies the lead, and books the showing. Madison is the intelligence behind it: briefings, follow-up, and the memory of your desk. Pro and Digital Brain go further — CRM, nurture, and brokerage-wide operations. None of that is a widget.

Question 2

Will Ruby sound like a robot to my leads?

Accepted Answer

She's built to sound like your best team member — warm, professional, on-brand. She identifies herself as an AI when asked and follows applicable call-disclosure rules. The goal is never to trick your leads; it's to answer them the instant they reach out, the way you would if you weren't in a showing.

Question 3

What's included at $299?

Accepted Answer

RealtyHelm Agent: 24/7 answering, intake, qualification, showing requests, SMS follow-up, calendar, a basic pipeline, listing knowledge, personal briefings, and defined marketing assistance — for one agent. It does not include brokerage command, multi-agent routing, full CRM automation, or the Digital Brain. Those are Pro and Digital Brain, priced to scope.

Question 4

How is Pro different from the Digital Brain?

Accepted Answer

Pro coordinates the workflows of a high-producing desk or small team — CRM, nurture, marketing automation, Sound Like Me, operational alerts. The Digital Brain is brokerage-wide operational intelligence: a business map, unified memory, gap analysis, cross-agent orchestration, governance, and white-labeled deployment. It is installed, not picked from a menu.

Question 5

Who is Ruby, and who is Madison?

Accepted Answer

Ruby protects the front door. She is purpose-isolated on intake so no caller can pull your private books. Madison is the consistent intelligence inside RealtyHelm — briefings, follow-up, and, as you connect systems, the Digital Brain. Digital Brain describes Madison's expanded capability, not a different employee.

Question 6

Is it actually running, or is this a pitch?

Accepted Answer

It's running. RealtyHelm is built on Veloxe's AI operating platform — the same one already answering calls and running real businesses in production today. Madison is live on this page. Talk to her; that's the proof.

White-glove onboarding. Live this week.
